1 · Overview

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through www.RichestMan.org (the “Site”) and any related websites, courses, or digital services operated by Jon V. Bjarnason, P.O. Box 352, 262 Iceland (“the Company”).

By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2 · Ordering and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency indicated at checkout and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely through approved third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe, or Kajabi Payments. The Company does not store or have access to your full credit-card details.

An order is confirmed only when payment has been successfully received and you receive an email confirmation.

3 · Digital Courses and Downloads

Digital courses, e-books, and downloadable materials are provided for personal, non-transferable use. Login credentials and access links must not be shared or resold.

3.1 Right of Withdrawal

Under Icelandic and EU consumer-protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases of digital content unless:

  • You access or download the digital material immediately after purchase, and

  • You explicitly agree that the Company may begin digital delivery and that you thereby waive your right to withdraw.

If you have not accessed or downloaded any content, you may cancel within 14 days by emailing [email protected] with your order details.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of your valid cancellation notice.

4 · Live Events, Workshops, and Coaching

For scheduled live courses or in-person/online events:

  • Cancellations received more than 14 days before the start date → full refund.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the start → no refund (tuition retained in full).

  • Failure to attend without prior notice → non-refundable.

If the Company cancels or reschedules an event, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future session.

5 · Physical Products (if applicable)

For any physical books or materials sold directly through the Site:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, resaleable condition.

  • You must notify us by email before returning an item.

  • Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the product was faulty or mis-shipped.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned item.

6 · Gift Cards

Gift cards:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

  • Are valid one year from the purchase date.

  • Are non-transferable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.

  • May be refunded only if unused and accompanied by the original emailed receipt.

  • Carry no service or inactivity fees.

7 · Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once access or delivery begins:

  • Instant-download digital products.

  • Coaching or consultation sessions already delivered.

  • Partially attended live courses.

  • Promotional bundles or discounted “all-access” passes after activation.

8 · Technical Access Issues

If you experience problems accessing digital content or course modules, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
We will ensure access is restored or, if technical access cannot be provided, issue an appropriate refund.

9 · Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.
If you paid by bank transfer or an expiring card, alternate arrangements may be requested in writing.

11 · Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the District Court of Reykjanes, Iceland.
If you reside elsewhere in the EEA, you may also access the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always appear on this page, with the current “Last updated” date shown above.
